JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 353, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that there is case and counter case as from the petitioners' side also, a complaint case has been filed against the informant. It is further contended that the petitioner no.1 is a Ward Member of the concerned Panchayat whereas petitioner no.2 is his brother. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 claim to have clean antecedent whereas petitioner no.3 stands implicated in another case under SC/ST Act. It is urged that allegation of snatching money has merely been

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Shambhu Sharan Singh, Bhushan Singh @ Bhushan Kumar and Raja Ram Singh be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sikandara P.S. Case No.22/2014, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
