Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No.665 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are agnates of the informant. It is alleged that while informant was going inside his house, both the petitioners protested and disclosed that the house belongs to them. It is submitted that on account of land dispute, some scuffle took place. The informant got one bruise on right lateral side of head, which is superficial and simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and the nature of

No.51225 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IX, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No.665 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
