The petitioner seeks bail in Rosera P.S. Case No. 80 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, petitioner took Rs. 2,10,000/- from the informant on the pretext of purchasing some land and thereafter, he also took Scooty and mobile of the informant and did not return.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, informant took Rs. 50,000/- from petitioner as loan for the purpose of business and when he demanded his money from informant this false case was lodged against petitioner in order
