The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the informant's brother Dibyanshu Kumar went to attend marriage party with his friend Dilip Kumar. Subsequently the younger brother of Dilip Kumar conveyed to the informant that the brother of the informant met with an accident then the informant contacted Dilip who also conveyed the same thing. Subsequently the informant went to the Ford hospital where he came to know that his brother was shot at. Subsequently the informant also came to know that there was

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name sprang up as the person who offered some water to the victim when he was vomiting and co-accused Rajshekhar Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 35861 of 2014. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.
