The issue involved in the present writ application is non-payment of salary.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Teacher on 26.06.2012 and she joined on 03.07.2012 and thereafter she is regularly working, but has not been paid salary.
Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer
Patna High Court CWJC No.16365 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 (Establishment), Nalanda at Bihar Sharif to verify the record and if it is found that the petitioner has regularly worked as Panchayat Teacher for the period she is claiming salary, he shall be under obligation to ensure payment of salary for the period the petitioner has actually worked.
Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda at Bihar Sharif within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
