This is an application for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 267 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 469, 470, 208 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and another co-accused is of running appointment racket and got a letter issued for appointment in the High Court itself.
