Petitioner is in jail custody since 1.7.2014 and admittedly, alleged occurrence took place on 26.6.2014 and after four days of the aforesaid occurrence alleged recovery was made. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K.Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jhanjharpur/concerned court in Laukahi P.S. Case no. 94/2014.
