2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Total 136 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a 4-wheeler (Wagan-R), of which, this petitioner is registered owner.

4. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle, from which, aforesaid liquor has been recovered, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
