2. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2016 in connection with S.T. No. 69 of 2017, arising out of Jamui P.S. Case No. 322 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the murder of the informant's son merely on suspicion and admittedly the informant is not an eyewitness. Even according to the FIR there was enmity with Fakira Ravidas and not with the petitioner.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, as well as the body of the deceased said to have been recovered from the house of the father of the petitioner, Mohan Ravidas
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34260 of 2017 (3) dt.19-09-2017 and it is not the case of the petitioner that he is living separately with his father, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/Ibrar U T
