JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Brahmpura P.S. Case No. 214 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections-419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioner that he along with other accused persons misappropriated and embezzled the huge amount of money from various parties by opening Non Banking Company. The prayer of anticipatory bail of petitioner has already been rejected by this court by order dated 17-02-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50401 of 2016.

Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail, which will be considered by the court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
