Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim of dowry death. He is in custody since 14.06.2017. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same against the petitioner also.

Submission is that the petitioner is separate from his son i.e. the husband of the deceased and for trivial family dispute, the deceased might have committed suicide. Further submission is that the report of the learned trial Judge dated 06.04.2018 would reveal that even charges have not been framed

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Garkha Police Station Case No. 346 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
