JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, specific allegation of assault is against other accused persons.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is alleged to be member of unlawful assembly. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

P. C.
