JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the opposite party no. 2 (complainant) and is languishing in jail custody since 15.12.2014.

Although, there is some sort of general allegation of torturing and illegal demand but it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that opposite party no. 2 was a weak and infirm lady and she was suffering from several ailments as a result thereof, she died at her parental home.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
