2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault with knife is against co-accused Himanshu Baitha and Sumit Patel. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault and no specific allegation of overt act has alleged against him. Petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because he happens to be father of co-accused Himanshu Baitha. Petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Kumarbagh P.S. Case No. 76 of 2025.
