Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bisfi (Aunsi) P.S. Case No. 191 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 498 (A), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58805 of 2022(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 that there is case and counter case and both the parties have sustained injuries. The dispute arose due to matrimonial disharmony and the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are bhaisur and petitioner No. 3 is devar of the informant's sister. The informant has levelled allegation against the petitioner also under Section 498 (A) of the IPC. The injuries are simple in nature. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (Aunsi) P.S. Case No. 191 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
