The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No. 135 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of supplementary affidavit, it appears that charge has already been framed in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37142 of 2017 (4) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai (Town) P.S. Case No. 135 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
