JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 14/2014, instituted for offences under sections 232, 341, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of the Court to the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali, wherein the Sessions Judge appears to have noticed that because a week prior to the present case, the informant's brother and others were implicated in a case filed by the petitioner herein, the present case was manufactured and filed against the informant. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the sole petitioner, namely, Prem Singh alias Prem Kumar is directed to be admitted to bail on executing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
