JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 15-02-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State, The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354B, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of The Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, 1999 on the ground that the earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected only on the ground that the petitioners are accused in other cases whereas accused persons with similar accusation were granted anticipatory bail, but subsequently the petitioners came to know that out of two cases pending against them, in one of the cases final form has been

On merits this Court is not inclined to revise the earlier order, but keeping in view of the fact that the accusation is omnibus and general, case was lodged by the petitioners' side at earlier point of time and injury has been found to be superficial, it is a case for consideration of prayer for bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the above observation and direction.
