The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 (A) of the Excise Act.

From the possession of the petitioner 180 litres of spirit were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S.
