The petitioner seeks bail in Barharia G.B. Nagar, P.S. Case No. 56/2014 registered for the offence under Section 366 A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his minor daughter was kidnapped by Perwej.

It is submitted that there was love affairs between the victim and the petitioner. The victim is a major girl and aged about 20 years. She solemnized marriage with the petitioner and lives with the petitioner for about six months. The doctor assessed the age of the girl in between 19-20 years.

The victim stated that the petitioner kidnapped her and also established sexual relation with her. It appears that she is a major

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate in connection with Barharia G.B.
