The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(C), (D), 32(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 16 containers containing jiggery and water were recovered from the bamboo. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is in custody since 23.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Case No.102/2017 Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
