It is alleged that the petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt and except the recovery of mobile set as well as his confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Ranjan Bind @ Loha Singh @ Pappu has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 190 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur.
