JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the father-in-law of the victim is languishing in jail since 02.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the son of the informant while working in Punjab was married with the daughter of this petitioner. The son of the informant sent `50,000/- to the petitioner. Thereafter when the victim came home, went to the petitioner to bring back his money but subsequently his dead body was found hanging on a tree.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant is not the eye-witness to the occurrence and only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled when co-accused have
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7685 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 4510 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 4514 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Addl.
