No.57371 of 2019, 'Section 3 Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984' has not been mentioned. In such view of the matter, order dated 11.09.2019 is modified to the extent that in para no.1, let the words 'Section 3 Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984' be read, further modification is that the petitioner has to surrender by 7.11.2019 and rest parts of the order shall remain intact.
