JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 26-02-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner and others is to have assaulted the informant.

It is submitted that the informant is the father of the petitioner and father was taking the side of other son in the altercation between the petitioner and his brother. The injury is simple in nature. The co-accused Ram Prit Singh has been granted bail vide Annexure-3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
