The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 303 of 2012 for the offence registered under Section 307and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Vijay Sahni. Except the confessional

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 303 of 2012.
