The petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the informant, he came to know about the name of the petitioner from the culprits, who had gone to his rice mill. The petitioner is in jail custody since 19-12-2014 but uptill now; he has not been put on test identification parade. Paragraph-3 of the petition reveals that prior to institution of the present case; only one case had been registered against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/-
