The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under different sections of the SC/ST Act. The petitioner and one Govind Prasad are alleged to have assaulted the informant and also abused him by naming his caste. The accused persons are alleged to have snatched Rs. 6000/- from the possession of the informant.
It is submitted that there is dispute between the petitioner and informant from before and the entire allegation is false and simple injuries are caused to the informant but it appears that the petitioner not only abused the informant by naming his caste but also snatched his money. The informant received three
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15411 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 injuries and opinion of which is reserved. There is no paper to show that petitioner has got any enmity.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
