The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Brahampur (Krishna Brahm) P.S.Case No. 549 of 2022. The informant Raghuram has sustained grievous injuries. The specific allegation is that petitioner no.2 and coaccused Vijay Sagar assaulted the informant. In view of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner no.2 Viman Ram

So far as petitioner 1 Baban Ram @ Baban Rai @ Vijay Bahadur Ram is concerned, let him in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Buxar in connection with Brahampur (Krishna Brahm) P.S.Case No. 549 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
