The petitioner is languishing in custody since 22.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the minor grand-daughter (Natani) of the informant was abducted by Gautam Ram son of the petitioner. Subsequently, mobile of Gautam Ram was found lying in the house of the informant.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he instigated his son for abduction. Though the victim girl is still traceless but considering the thrust of accusation against Gautam Ram and a statement made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the
