The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Mahesi P.S. Case No. 246 of 2015 registered under sections 354-A and 308 IPC. The petitioner is said to have arrived at the house of the informant and abused him. Subsequently, he again came with wooden Fatha and assaulted the informant. When the matter was enquired the informant said that the petitioner had earlier asked his sister to go along with him (petitioner) on cycle which was refused. It is stated that the injury (Annexure-3) sustained by the informant is superficial in nature. The petitioner undertakes not to repeat such kind of offence if granted privilege of anticipatory bail. He has no criminal antecedents as well. Considering the above, let the petitioner named above,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17062 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Saharsa in Mahesi P.S. Case No. 246 of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. He shall appear on each date fixed at the trial. None appearance shall lead to cancellation of their bail bonds.
