2. Petitioner no. 1 is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code.

3. Let lady petitioner no. 1, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 208/2013, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35018 of 2014 (3) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 as from the allegations made in the First Information Report it does not appear that she has given any lathi blow to the injured.
