2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons killed the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased.

5. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and he is not concerned with the family affairs of the deceased. He next submits that thrust of accusation is

6. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.

7. Considering the fact that husband of the deceased in in custody, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada in connection with Narhat P. S. Case No. 130 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
