The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others. It is submitted that the injuries found on the person of the informant are simple in nature. There is a counter-version.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
