The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.312 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 288 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code. From the prosecution allegation it appears that there is no negligence on the part of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady, her application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,
