JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 85 gm Ganja kept in separate puriya and Cigarette are said to have been recovered from hut of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 17.01.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Special Court of Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak P.S.Case No. 128 of 2014.
