JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-08-2018 This case has been listed under the heading 'To Be mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the village name of petitioner no.4, namely, Karu Yadav has wrongly been written in the cause title of the bail petition as 'Chhotaki Bhawari' in place of 'Maharam Bigha' which also finds mention in the written report. Accordingly, the same has been typed in the order dated 17.7.2018. He makes prayer to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail petition with respect to the name of village of petitioner no.4 as 'Maharam Bigha' in place of 'Chhotaki Bhawari' during course of day.

Permission is accorded.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41333 of 2018(3) dt.23-08-2018 2/2 submitted that petitioner no.4 could not surrender in the Court below within the time granted by this Court vide order dated 17.7.2018.

In such circumstances, two week's further time is granted to the petitioner no.4 from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender in the Court below in connection with Barachatti ( Mohanpur) P.S. case no.108 of 2018, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati at Gaya and in that event the petitioner no.4 will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned under order dated 17.7.2018. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below.
