The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 354(a), 379, 427, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the inordinate and unexplained delay of two days in institution of the FIR as also the fact that no fire arm injury was caused to any one and the allegations made are
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53190 of 2019(4) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 omnibus and general, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 168 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
