The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section302 and other sections of the IPC.

The deceased was daughter-in-law of the petitioner. The informant is the father of the deceased, who alleged that all the accused persons burnt his daughter to death.

It is submitted that the petitioner is mother-in-law and there is no allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her. Rani Kumari, the deceased, accidentally got burnt while she was preparing meal. Considering the facts that there is no allegation against the petitioner and she is mother-in-law, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S.Case No. 308 of 2014.
