1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will avail the remedy under Rule 32 (vii) of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, before the Principal Secretary of the Department and shall file an appropriate petition before him within a period of six weeks from today against the order, dated 23.06.2023, passed, by Divisional Commissioner, Saran, in Supply Revision Case No. 134 of 2022.
3. Learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

4. Let the petitioner do so.
5. If an appropriate petition is filed before the Principal Secretary of the Department, against the order, dated 23.06.2023, passed, by Divisional Commissioner, Saran, in Supply Revision Case No. 134 of 2022, he shall be obliged to dispose the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such petition.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
