The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No.161 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a)(g) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the recovery of only 10 liters mahua wine from one plastic jar from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has remained in custody since 27.06.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No.161 of 2019.
