This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Vaishali Excise Case No. C2A-166/2021 arising out of P.R. No.44 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

In view of the statement made in paragraph no.10 of this bail petition and also considering the other materials available on record, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-
