2. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 364, 379/34 of the Penal Code.
3. It appears petitioner is named in the body of the complaint as the one who was also present when the husband of the complainant was abducted by others, whose name has been included in Column 7 of the First Information Report but name of petitioner not included therein.
4. In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the Court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs. Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35017 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 63/2011, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
