The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1031 of 2014 arising out of Bye Pass P.S. Case No. 18 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 19.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49802 of 2012 by this Court. The petitioner is in custody since 09.05.2012. Admittedly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected by this Court taking into consideration the direct

I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
