The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 176/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/506 of the Indian Penal Code and 66/67 A.B.C.I.T. Act.
The informant lodged a case for sending e-mails after creating false e-mails in her name.
It is submitted that during course of investigation it transpired that the petitioner used some mobile numbers and the informant came to know that those mobile numbers belong to her husband.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife and he undertakes to keep her
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15942 of 2016 (3) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 with all honour and dignity and care and caution. On such, learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant is also ready to live with her husband, provided that, her husband came to her house and took her and her son honourably to his house. Learned counsel for the petitioner-husband submits that he will go to the appellant-wife and bring her and her son. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Raj, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 176/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi U T
