The petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2019 in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from open Dalan, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 11th Additional District Judge-cum-Spl. Court Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Excise P.S. Case
