The petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that name of this petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused. Moreover, having similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Rajeev Rsnjan has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 05-11-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40990 of 2014.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6611 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 with Paroo P.S. Case No. 153 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 887 of 2014 to the satisfaction of 10th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.
