2. The present application has been filed for directing the respondents to get the public road no.17 on Koshi Tatbandh situated at Plot no.1829 and 2503, Khata No.782 of Village Gandaul, Thana No.72 in Mahishi Anchal of District-Saharsa vacated from the encroachers.

3. The petitioner is given liberty to file a representation before the Circle Officer, Mahishi, Saharsa for removal of encroachment.

4. If such an application is filed, the Circle Officer will act in accordance with law.
