The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341, 307, 504 and 379 I.P.C. and 27 of Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he shot fire from his rifle but it did not hit any one. After investigation, the police have submitted final form showing that no case is made out against the petitioner but the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance against him also. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6678 of 2015 (2) dt.27-02-2015 2/2 named petitioner, Shailendra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Deshmukh, Judicial Magistrate, 1ST Class, Jehanbad in Hulasganj P.S.Case No. 49/2012 with following conditions :- I) One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

II) The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

III) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court.

IV) In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
