The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Section 323 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and his father are alleged to have assaulted the wife and the daughters of the informant on account of a land dispute.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a neighbour of the informant. There is a dispute between the parties with regard to land. All the allegations are false and concocted.

Learned counsel for the informant, on the other hand, has submitted that there is allegation that the petitioner assaulted the wife and the daughters of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34770 of 2014 (2) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Kathiaya P.S. Case No. 15/2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 522/14. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
